The first step is a conversation with a builder. You do not need to have your land, your plans, or your full budget figured out before you reach out. Summit's consultation is designed to work with what you have right now and help you map out exactly what your path forward looks like.
How much does it cost to build a home in Southern Utah?+
Building costs in Cedar City and Southern Utah range from $180 to $400+ per square foot depending on the type of home. Entry-level builds typically run $180 to $250 per square foot, semi-custom homes $200 to $300, and fully custom or luxury homes $250 to $400+. Summit's vertical build square foot pricing includes materials, labor, site preparation, concrete, utilities, propane and/or natural gas lines made ready for service, septic (if required), interior and exterior finishes, cabinetry, mechanical systems, permits and inspections, engineered and architectural plans, standard appliances, minimal landscaping, improved driveway, and contingency.
